Removing the chat widget manuallyAnswered
We would like to have the option to manually remove the chat widget, when the workload is high, and then enable it again, without having to remove the widget code embedded in our website, it seems like there is no such option at the moment.

You can turn the channel on and off via the Web Widget settings in Admin Center
Alternatively, you can look at dynamically showing/hiding the widget using a tag manager like Google Tag Manager if that is what you already use on your website.
