Account cancelled out of the blue bug?

Is anyone else experiencing being kicked out of their account out of the blue with a "cancelled account" status? I've checked and we have no payment issue + subscription is in the middle of the period. The team is impossible to contact so creating this in case other people are also having this issue / for the tech team to see it.
