Is Zendesk Gather abandonded?

Please check our recent announcement about content tags for articles and posts. 

Thanks. To me it seems abandoned as far as UI is concerned. Design of Gather hasn't changed much in 10+ years we've been using zendesk. We have looked at other products such as insided.com that I wish Zendesk gather was closer to.
