Zendesk Talk Integrated with Headset HardwareNot planned
A great feature would be to have Zendesk talk integrated with headset hardware features. Allowing agents to answer calls, disconnect from calls, and mute calls with a touch of a button on their headsets. Thanks!
Thank you for the email. That'a a good suggestion. While headset hardware integration is not currently on the roadmap, we will add that in there for future prioritisation.
