as date fields do not appear in customer request forms, I've created them as text field. It means customers can imput the date in any format.

Please, is there any plan to add date, and the other missing fields, in the request forms?

Alternatively, is there any possibility to check the format in a text field of a request form and block the transmission till the format is as expected?
