Incorrect Czech translation of CSAT in messaging

Hi,

currently, there is a wrong translation of CSAT in messaging.

Your default translation is (I believe):

How would you rate our chat?

Good / Bad

Czech translation:
Jaký byl váš chat? (How was your chat?)

Dobré / špatné

The question for rating is acceptable, not so formal, however.

Unfortunately, the answers are entirely wrong. According to Czech grammar, it should be Dobrý / špatný or to unite email / chat CSAT, it should look like this:

Jste spokojeni s naši zákaznickou podporou? (Are you satisfied with our customer support?)

Jsem spokojen(a) / Nejsem spokojen(a)
