Getting 422 Unprocessed entity error while creating ticket in QA
Hello,
I am getting the below error in the Zendesk QA environment while creating a new ticket.
Client error: `POST https://<subdomain>.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets.json` resulted in a `422 Unprocessable Entity` response: {"error":"RecordInvalid","description":"Record validation errors","details":{"ticket_form_id":[{"description":"Ticket fo (truncated...) It seems that there is error in your json payload or your form id is incorrect. Perhaps you can doublecheck the form id, its permission with respect to the brand and user submitting the ticket. If that doesn't help, please share your payload to troubleshoot the issue further.
