Could you enlarge the size of Messigng? just like Intercom does?

I'm using Messaging system for our customer support. 

The reason why we are trying to use Messaging is that we can recommend or provide our Help Center articles.

but with current feature, it opens up another tab to display the article but lt loose the connectivity of article suggestion flow . 

Could you add same feature as what Intercom does ? (Image below )
