Changing Visitor messaging color for agents chatting in Agent Workspace

Our agents use Agent Workspace to chat with our customers. Within the Agent workspace, it can be tricky to see which messages are from the agent vs the visitor without looking at the name of chat comment. 

For quicker reference during chats, it would be great to have the ability to change the color (or font style) of the visitor chat comments so that there is a clear differentiation between what the customer said vs what the agent has said.
