    You'll want to develop this into a Zendesk app. Below I've provided some relevant links to your questions.
     
    1. To pop up the customer details in Zendesk you'll want to use the routeTo method.
    2. You'd need Zendesk Talk Partner edition for this 
    3. You'll want to use the client request method to do an API call to create a ticket most likely.

    fom your response i came to know that i need Zendesk Talk partner edition for my requirement. Can you please update the details related to that. And I want to confirm that all the use cases of my .requirement is supported by zendesk or not. If yes i want to know Api's. Please share any document link to refer.
