First, is there a way to check the update history and access history for the Teams and Zendesk integration?
Second, if it is possible to check the record, can you share it as a report?
Thirdly, if it is impossible to check records, do you have any plans for future updates?

Just to clarify, are you looking for reports on Side Conversations through Teams or updates on tickets created from Teams?

First of all, what you want to check is the access history.
I was wondering if it is possible to check logs in Zendesk when updating a ticket in Teams or logging in to Zendesk from Teams.
