No sound notification when contacting Zendesk Support via messaging

    So, if there is that possibility when contacting zendesk support via messaging, how can we receive a sound notification when a zendesk support agent replies? I don't see any option to enable sound on the window. Probably you need to activate it on your account.

    I spent hours with your agent, but he didn't help at all, he doesn't seem to understand that I am talking about the messaging window of Zendesk support. He thinks that I am talking about our account, which is not the case, as we don't use messaging.

    So resuming, since the ability to enable sound exists,  why it is not enabled on Zendesk Support Messaging Window?

    We faced the same error. All the sounds only applied to the Chats, not to the Social Messaging. 
    Will that be fixed?
