Two things Zendesk guides should support - note boxes and image enlarge

    I'm migrating content to Zendesk right now and the lack of a callout option in the WYSYWIG editor is a big headache for me.

    We would also love the ability to enlarge photos in Guide. Some screenshots just do not look good and attaching them makes updates more tedious. 

    It would also be great if the a history of assignment notes were tracked somewhere.

    Agreed. When taking full-size screenshots for help files and users cannot enlarge them, it makes the help documentation useless.

    Hi All, thank you for your feedback. We'll be revamping our article editor experience in 2024, so I expect a few improvements in the area of WYSIWIG :) As for call-outs, the workaround I'd like to suggest is to define the required styling in the theme's CSS sheet and then call the class on the required document.
