I have tags but they are not pulling into the tickets. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello Michelle,

    1) Firstly, you should create a trigger with tags. 
    I have an attached my example:



    2) Then please check the activation process for your triggers depends on your trigger conditions:



    3) After that check your test ticket. In my case, the tag was successfully fired:
