Webhooks from Zendesk are not valid json

We're unable to parse some webhooks from zendesk (for `conditional_ticket_events` events only) as the request body does not match its type. I believe it is supposed to be JSON but is incorrectly formatted. I do not even know the request body to try to debug since the parsing fails.
Has anyone else faced this issue or found resolution?

That's quite odd. What is that webhook linked to?
