API call from messaging to ticket fields

hello, has any one managed to creaate an API call from the flow builder on message to zendesk ticket fields.
Im trying to make a process where a user inputs an email and member ID and we can check if this is true, its telling me to make a connection but I keep getting a 401 error message

A 401 error generally indicates an issue with authentication credentials on the request. Have you created a connection to provide any necessary authentication for the endpoint your accessing? Here's a link to the docs which go in to more detail about how you can do that:
