Bulk create tickets from csv or json

I want to make a csv from our old system and bulk-create the tickets in Zendesk. I feel this should be possible if I know what columns to create to correspond with the fields. But I can't see docs on this anywhere.

    Use ticket import API, there is no other way you could bulk import tickets to zendesk.
