Change an agent status for a messaging channel via API when Unified Agent Statuses are disabled

    Hi Michael! I did some investigation and it looks like the only way to update agent statuses in a messaging channel would be with unified agent statuses. It's not super clearly defined, but in our API docs, it does limit the update functionality to only the unified agent status API.
