The ability to dynamically link customer details to our DB via an API call or SQL query so they are visible when we search for them when creating tickets in Support

      You can build a Support app in the ticket sidebar that fetches customer details from your API and displays them to the agent.  Check out our intro tutorial, Building your first Support app, to get familiar with Support app development steps.
