Emails stuck from a contact list

Hi!
For the second time this week, Zendesk Sell only sends a message to 25 people from a contact list of 187.
 
I sent out the first email from the communication center to all of the addresses 3 days ago, but only 25 received it. After this, I tried to send it again to those who haven't received it, again another 25 people received it only. 
 
In the meantime, I found in the communication center that it indicates that all of the messages are under posting. There is no problem with my internet, it works perfectly. Also in Outlook I only see 25-25 emails. In contrast, in the picture attached, you can see that it detects as if I have sent all the emails out.
 
Is there any way I can undo these pending emails? I didn't find any way.
I feel like they will never get these emails, but I also don't want to spam them with 3 totally same emails from me. But I will have to try again because a significant number of participants still have not yet received the message.
 
Could you please help me why this happened twice? Can I remove the pending emails?
