    Hi Martin St-Onge,
     
    Looks like what you're aiming for can be achieved by using the conditional ticket fields. You can control how a custom field would behave in certain conditions with this feature.
     
    And if you plan to use this outside of your Zendesk help center, conditional fields can be presented to end-users via the web widget (Classic) as mentioned here.
