Good afternoon, I would like to know which version I can perform automation for pending cases to close after a deadline. I would also like to know where to identify which version I am using. Thanks in advance.

Hi Nathalia,
If you are accessing Zendesk using web browsers then you will always be using the latest version. Although we do track the version internally, there are no public-facing steps we can share on how to see the version. What we can guarantee is that your Zendesk using browser will always be the latest version.
Custom-made automation is also available on all Zendesk versions as long as your plan/subscription allows it. This is available for plans Zendesk Suite Team and above or Support Team plan (standalone) and above. See: Creating and managing automations for time-based events. You can check the guide Checking your plan type to know what your plan/subscription is.

But I need to know if the plan I have today is possible to add Automations to tickets. Please see the images to help me. I am extremely grateful!!
I get to this part, it doesn't have a button to create the rule.

I can see that you are part of Support Essential (standalone). This plan does not support any custom business rules. See About Zendesk Support plan types
You can reach out to your account executive or a member of our sales team to discuss a change in plan if you wish to avail of this feature.
