Customize Customer data

Hi All

There is an option to add Customer fields to Customers.

How do I change the Add Customer form to add Custom fields?

Also how do I change the default view of the customers to add/remove fields from this view to see the custom fields I added ?

last question less related, how to sync the contacts to the sell contacts?
