How to add admin role in Zendesk marketplace portal?

It seems that in zendesk markplace portal(https://apps.zendesk.com/), if I want to create a user, it only have the following roles in screenshot.How to add a admin role who have control on these user? And are there any description or introduction about these roles' permission?

Hi Sophie,

These roles are purely informational for Zendesk and do not affect permissions. All users in the Marketplace Portal have the same permission sets.
