Zendesk Support SDK - Configured web hook, but not calling url

I have enabled web hook but its not calling.

      Hi Mayank,
       
      Are you noticing this when testing push notifications in just your Android app or iOS app?  Or both?  Also are you successfully registering the device (iOS/Android)?
