We're getting ready to incorporate RingCentral into our Zendesk. We have multiple Super Admin users and multiple extensions currently setup in RingCentral. Which User are we supposed to use to set it up? Does it matter as long as it is a Super Admin? What if that user is tied to an extension?
Also, does the app allow for the distinction of the extensions and/or additional phone numbers in the account? Can one specific phone number go to one specific agent?
