How to select fields in Show Ticket API rater than loading the whole ticket object?

How to select fields in Show Ticket API rater than loading the whole ticket object? I just need the raw_subject of the ticket. Our ticket has 100 custom fields and everytime I call show_ticket it loads all the fields.

Is there a way to limit fields by name in this API or any other API?
