    Hello,

    Thanks for your question. One option you can try is to use the usage report and filter it down based on 'call status'.

    As per Zendesk support if the person who is calling in doesnt have a profile on zendesk already calls that get abandoned_in_voicemail, abandoned_on_hold, abandoned_in_queue, abandoned_in_ivr return as NULL. We are already doing the incremental extrqaction it does return as NULL.

    Please find the quote from zendesk support:

    I did check this with our technicians, and I am afraid, that if a call has not been accepted in fact, if it has not connected there is no profile associated. Therefore you would not be able to pull those numbers.

    You have edit your answer to something else now, where as the previous answer was pretty generic with links to the API documentation which wasn't helpful at all. Which were already provided to me by the support agents whom I was in touch with before.

    The edited new answer is not related the question I'm asking. Which is please provide a way to get this data via API CALL
