    Hello, thank you for your feedback. This is very helpful. The Admin Center in general is a Zendesk-wide initiative that is currently being prioritised. As you can imagine, the Admin Center needs to operate collectively across all communication channels and services so this is a large piece of work impacting every single team at Zendesk. On the Talk side, we are currently planning how we would improve (and we will) the admin experience with Talk. We will keep the community informed on when and how we plan to improve Talk's admin center experience.
