Zendesk Slack group

Hi Team! Sorry, wasn't sure where to put this... but I used to be in a Zendesk group on slack - it was a Zendesk workspace. But it suddenly disappeared. 

Was I kicked out? 😬 Or was the whole workspace closed down? or did I miss an announcement? Or am I just being inept and it's something I've done wrong with my slack?

Hey Tim,

I doubt you were kicked out so apologies for the confusion there. Do you know if it was our Developer Support slack that you're referring to? Happy to point you in the right direction if you can share any other information? Any channels within that Slack instance that stand out that you can remember?

Thanks Brett! ah ok - I had assumed maybe it'd been closed down or something. 

Yep, I think it may have been the dev one - there was chatter about new features / how to do certain things within the product, or with APIs etc, but also sometimes people finding issues and asking for help?

Hey Tim,

I see you're still part of that Slack instance so you may just need to sign back in. If you have your Slack app open, can you try selecting Add a workspace. By entering your email then you should see a list of workspaces you have access to. If you don't see it listed, try selecting the Sign into a new workspace here option. 
 
Let me know if that doesn't work for you!

Ah magic - thanks Brett! Yeah, I tried to re-add it but it didn't show up in the list of my available workspaces for some reason. Tried with email and now I'm back in. Thanks for that!!

I noticed my oldest unread message was "Hey all, apologies for some Slack issues we had recently with this Workspace. We should all be back up and running now! Thanks for your patience". So I assume it was related to that! 

Either way, all sorted now - thanks for the nudge on re-finding it through email address lookup Brett!
