Long blank after voicemail greeting

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with the voicemail greeting. My audio file finishes right after the last word, but the 'beep' that prompts the end user to record a voicemail comes after 3 or 4 seconds. It's very annoying. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reporting this issue. Can you please open a ticket with Zendesk's customer support team? They will be able to help troubleshoot the issue and escalate to the correct engineering team for review.

I already did. The customer support answered me "I have marked this conversation as "comment" on the product to be reviewed, as requested. This means that your feedback will be grouped as part of our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, which provides customer feedback to our product development teams.

Additionally, I encourage you to create a new post in the General Product Feedback topic."

Great. I found the ticket. It's getting escalated to the engineering team for review next week. We will keep you updated once the issue is resolved. To set expectations, a fix may not happen until sometime in January.

Any update on this. I am experiencing the same thing and I'd rather not have to extend my IVR scripts to warn people about the longer than usual wait for the beep.
