Hi,

When using the placeholder: ticket.ticket_field_option_title_id, I see that I am getting the display value and not the internal label value.

How can I get the internal label?

The are more info here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408887218330/comments/4412480300698

Thanks

Hi Jose Mª

May I ask confirm if you want to display the tag of the ticket field value instead of the value itself?

The placeholder ticket.ticket_field_option_title_id will display the ticket field value and not the tag. Via: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408886858138-Zendesk-Support-placeholders-reference

ticket.ticket_field_option_title_<field ID number> Property/placeholder format for the value of a dropdown custom field. For example, {{ticket.ticket_field_option_title_456}}. See Placeholders for custom fields.

I think what you might be referring to is the tag for the drop-down and multi-select fields, where from this article, it says

{{ticket.ticket_field_<field ID number>}}

The above placeholder displays the tags associated with the selected options. The placeholder doesn't include the option_title.
