Zendesk Implementation in Instant Games

Hi everyone,
We are implementing Zendesk into Facebook Instant Games.
Our games run on Facebook, as part of their Instant Games platform.
In the FB app on mobile devices we noticed issues:
- On older iOS versions (which happen to be on low-resolution iPhones) Zendesk won't load. In our specific cases iOS 12.5.7, iOS 14.4.
We would like to know which iOS versions are supported.
We would also like to know if there are any known issues with Zendesk in games on iOS devices with small screens/low resolutions, e.g. on iPhone SE 1st Gen, or iPhone 6/7/8 or iPhone SE 2nd Gen.
- On Android, in Instant Games in the FB app, Zendesk's option to add attachments doesn't work. It is supposed to show a context menu with three options: Photo Library, Take Photo or Video, Choose Files (as it does on iOS), but it does nothing.
We would like to know how (or if) this can be solved.
