Create Zendesk Support Daily report

Hello,
I am wondering, How I can create a Daily Dashboard report of my daily tickets (created, and Solved) and include the SLA and other metrics in the same report.
I don't want to use the system default support report, because I can not keep the date range always for "yesterday" as a range. when back to is i found another date.

Hey Saeed Himour -
You've got a couple of options here. The easiest thing to do might be clone the default support report and add a default bookmark . This will allow you to always open the report to a predetermined date-stamp.
If you're just looking for those few metrics, you could create a custom dashboard and leverage the same bookmark feature to set the dates properly. Feel free to add any additional questions or context here!

Hi Saeed,
I would suggest to start with a default report and to adjust them/ save them under anothe name at the beginning. This will save time, the result can be adjusted anytime. I managed to add a period of time (current year etc.) and I also saved time by issuing an automated report which will be transmitted every Monday via Mail.
