"First name" field isn't marked as mandatory in the mobile app

While using Zendesk Sell, we appreciate the convenience the mobile app offers for managing Leads. However, we noticed a small issue. When creating a new Lead, the "First name" field isn't marked as mandatory in the mobile app, unlike in the desktop view.

This matters to us because in Latin America, we often address our customers by their first names. So, having the first name as a mandatory field ensures that interactions remain personal.

We also like the option to fill out only the mandatory fields in the app. However, we can't enforce this if the "First name" isn't included. Could we make it mandatory on the mobile app like it is on the desktop view? That would be really helpful!
