Tymeshift - Allow Agents to View All Future Time Off Requests

Please give a quick overview of your product feature request or feedback and note who in your org is affected by this issue [ex. agents, admins, customers, etc.]. (2-3 sentences)

Currently, agents are able to request time off far into the future using the Tymeshift App. However, if they need to edit their time off requests, they can only see a short period into the future (I'm not sure the exact time frame). As an agent, I should be able to view all of my future time off requests so I don't have to ask an Admin to edit them for me. This would impact any agent that is using Tymeshift for tracking schedules and absences. 

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

This allows agents to be autonomous in managing their time off requests, which seems in line with the purpose of the feature within the app. 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

I had an agent just last week who plans their vacation a year in advance. They made a mistake and the request was too far in the future to fix without admin intervention. 

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) (1-2 sentences)

The admin has to fix it. 

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

If an agent is able to make time-off requests far into the future, they should be able to view those time-off requests so they can remove them, if necessary.

Hey Aaron!

I just read through your post and I can see where you are coming from. Currently agents can see their own time off requests up to 90 days ahead, but can request actual time off further ahead than that. It's a mismatch that definitely needs some improvements.

We are currently investigating a few potential solutions to this, while we keep in mind that user agency and Admin control stay both granular and flexible.
