Field salutation on Leads with possibilty to convert to contact

For Marketing stuff it is important to have salutation on leads (Mr, Mrs,...) but also with the feature to convert to contact. Is there a standard field or we need to create a custom field?

The leads and contacts does not have that field by default. You will have to create a custom field for it.
