Salesforce app in Zendesk doesn't support Account Hierarchy Lookup

Hey Team,
We wanted to bring this to attention that Salesforce app in Zendesk doesn't support Account Hierarchy Lookup. 
we were supporting a user on a ticket where the question was raised the account wasn't popping up!
So it is useful to have this feature enabled as it has high importance!
Without this feature, an agent is not aware of important information that does exist in Salesforce. This may lead them to provide incorrect support, or waste additional time as they have to do manual search
