Unable to attach images to a Gather post or comment in mobile responsive mode

Hi!
I am using Copenhagen theme. In this mobile pervasive era, I am unable to attach images in mobile responsive mode for Gather posts and comments. Have checked with customer support that this function is currently not available.
Would like to check whether it is in the product roadmap? And if not, will it be in the roadmap?

We've made a product decision not to allow uploading images to posts and comments from mobile devices.

It was not feasible for us to offer similar experiences across different mobile operating systems due to certain technical limitations.
