Only send one notification per ticket to Slack

At the moment, if you create a trigger to send a ticket to a Slack channel, a new notification is sent every time that ticket is updated, and it is sent in the channel.
We would need an option to only send a notification once and to disable it being sent to the channel instead of the thread.
