Views for specific requesters

Hello everyone,

I would like to build a view that only shows me certain senders (mail addresses). I have tried to do this using requesters, but unfortunately I cannot find them there. I have also tried to create the customer or the organization first, unfortunately without success.

At last check there were too many user records to load into the admin tool, so the tagging solution is a nice workaround.

absolutely correct, but I also wondered why we can not build a trigger to a domain or single end-user mail address.

Hey Martin ZWICKL -

By adding a tag to the user or org profile, that tag will be automatically applied to any tickets created under that user / org.  From there, you can build a view around the tag.  Hope this helps!
