    Hey Chris,

    Because Generative AI is still in Beta, I'm not aware of any reporting capabilities just yet.  That said, you could get some benchmark data by encouraging your agents to check a box when utilizing the AI enhancements. Then, you could easily report on the use of that tag / checkbox in traditional reporting.  As this feature gets rolled into general availability for Zendesk Advanced AI users, reporting is sure to follow.

    Could you tell us when the reporting ill be availabel? It will be very difficult to manage the answerbot without reporting.
