Sync of organization and contacts betwwenZendesk sell and Support

I am guessing this is a hot topic for more than us as your customer..?? I cannot belive its not a native product integration between sell and support, i actually took it for granted that it was when we decided to buy Zendesk. Zendesk hasnt solved our need for ONE masterdata of our customers, and to do manual export is not an option. Do we really need to look into other systems?

I agree wholeheartedly with this person. It is WILD that this isn't a native integration.

Such information is great a great insights for us and help us to plan development of our products in that way it better suits your, our Customer, needs. At this moment integration between Sell and Support can be achieved by add-on apps available in our Marketplace (i.e. Sell app for Support)
