Thanks to everyone who started 2024 strong and were able to join us live or who will watch on the replay. I always knew Omnichannel routing was going to be powerful, and so glad we were able to have Barry Neary share all the great details about it.
I have always been a believer that calls, chat, email, SMS, or whatever the next wiz-bang contact channel is, should be able to be managed the same way and routed with a common engine. This doesn’t mean the same agent is best to handle all contact channels, but the tools should let an admin route Apple Business Chat with the same toolset as a call. I am looking at you Omnichannel Routing to fulfill my beliefs.
