Hello Community,

What options we can get out of Zendesk that could flag end-users who have contacted us multiple times within a period of say 7-10 days in some way for the agent?

Hey Bobby - 

While there isn't a native way to do this that I'm aware of in the product today - there are a few options, as well as a couple of different threads associated with this topic.

I would encourage you to check out the tagging workflow here.

If you really want to get into the weeds, you could also go down the path of Conversational Data Orchestration.
