Cookies Discrepency

Hi, We want a constant same behaviour for everytime we load it. We got the confirmation from the support team that if we refresh the windo widget will continue the conversation. But this does not happen everytime. And when we observe the behaviour it may be because of cookie discrepency. The cookies does not behave same eberytime.
