I'm not seeing attachments option anywhere in admin center

Here is a screenshot of the issue. I'm trying to add an attachment custom field in my ticket but I'm unable to find a way to add that

Hi Rahuls,
 
Thanks for reaching out! There is only one reason why attachment settings can't be seen on the admin center simply because your current plan does not allow to, meaning it has plan restrictions. Please check the article here
