Please give a quick overview of your product feature request or feedback and note who in your org is affected by this issue:

We are a global software company and use Zendesk Gather as an Ideas Portal for our customers and partners to submit feature requests.
So that customers and partners who submit many feature requests can keep an overview, it would be very desirable to be able to display and see the status category of posts via Profile / My activities / Contributions / Posts and Profile / My activities / Following / Filter on Posts.
Currently, our customers and partners, who use Gather as an Ideas Portal very intensively, are complaining about the lack of overview options and are urging us to switch to another vendor.

What problem do you see this solving?

Customers and partners want to have an up-to-date overview of the feature requests they have submitted and the status of us as a software vendor and our product owners. It would therefore be highly desirable if the status of posts could also be displayed in the existing list.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business?

We are in daily contact with our customers and partners and are confronted several times a week with the fact that communication about feature requests that have been submitted in recent years is not easy to maintain.
Understanding on the part of our customers and partners is coming to an end.

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem?

Unfortunately, we do not have a real and, above all, useless workaround. In most cases, shadow lists are managed between customers/partners and our product owners. Unfortunately, this approach is frustrating for everyone involved because the status, i.e. the up-to-dateness, diverges.

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

As mentioned above, you should also be able to display the status of posts that are set in the list under Profile / My activities / Contributions / Posts and Profile / My activities / Following / Filter on Posts and ideally also filter by it - see mockup:

Hi Josef, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback here. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to commit to making this the default help center experience. However, it is possible to achieve through the customization. You can get the list of posts the current user is subscribed to using the List Content Subscriptions By User endpoint. Then for every post, you can fetch the post via the Show Post endpoint. The response would then contain a status field for each post.
