Problem with Knowledge capture pop-up

Hello,
I am having an issue with knowledge capture in Zendesk keeps poping-up. Once the window pops-up, I am unable to close it. I have tried cleaning the cache, and different browsers, but no luck. To be exact, when I press "X", the windows reappear again:

Could you kindly add "?noapps" to the end of the ticket URL where the issue is occurring? Here's an example:
If you have any browser extensions enabled, would you mind trying to disable them before trying to access the ticket again? Some users have successfully resolved the issue by disabling the extension.
