Hey!
We are using the IVR textback functionality to send SMS to our customers. However, regardless of the language setting, a weird voice repeats the customer's number for them. As this sounds like a scam, customers are not “confirming" their number, but end the call without receiving any SMS assistance from us.
I found in a thread from last year that editing of the default announcement was supposed to be put on the tech roadmap soon. Could you please give an update on when we can expect that feature or provide an interim solution to mitigate the issue?

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and for linking this related thread. So that we are able to update requests for a particular feature in a singular location I am going to close this post for comment and encourage you to continue engage with that older post; our PM team is aware of the feature request and will provide an update as soon as they are able. I see that you have already added your support which is the best thing to do to show interest for our PMs!
